Repair & Servicing Prices

Simply purchase your collection, and you will be invoiced for your service and return shipping once your machine has been inspected. Please see prices below.

There is no need to empty your hot tub to send your machine for repair; just keep on with your regular maintenance. Then, shock the water before use again, as long as there is no bad odour or slime. The water is fine to keep using.

We like to keep things simple and transparent. Below are our standard repair and servicing prices for inflatable hot tub heater pump units. These prices cover labour and basic service items. If additional parts are required, we will always contact you before proceeding.

Professional Heater Pump Service

Our heater pump service is designed to fix the most common faults, including water leaks, E02 flow errors, noisy pumps and general wear.

Every heater pump is fully stripped down for internal inspection. As the unit is already dismantled, we service it during reassembly, as rebuilding a heater pump with old, perished seals is simply bad practice.

Your service includes:

  • Complete internal inspection
  • Replacement of worn seals where required
  • Impeller and shaft bush inspection
  • Internal cleaning
  • Electrical safety checks
  • Water leak testing
  • Heater function testing

We always use brand new replacement parts wherever possible, including heater cores, seals and other service components.

If we discover that your heater pump requires a major component, such as a heater core, circuit board, transformer or motor, we will contact you with a quotation before carrying out any additional work. No unexpected charges are ever added without your approval.

The labour to install any additional parts is already included in your service price. If extra parts are required, you only pay for the cost of the replacement parts themselves—there are no additional fitting or labour charges.

Our aim is to return your heater pump fully serviced, repaired, leak tested and heater tested where applicable, giving you the best possible reliability and helping to extend the life of your hot tub.
