Electrical power must be fully disconnected before attempting any repair
Repairs are carried out entirely at your own risk
LayZRepair accepts no liability for injury, damage, or loss resulting from DIY repairs.

Liability is limited to the value of the goods or services supplied

13. Shipping, Courier & Transit Risk (Repairs & Returns)
Where LayZRepair arranges collection or return delivery on behalf of the customer, we act solely as a booking agent for the courier service.
All items sent to or returned from LayZRepair are transported at the customer’s risk.
By purchasing a repair service or booking a collection/return, you agree that:
- The customer is responsible for ensuring the item is adequately packaged and protected for transit
- LayZRepair accepts no liability for loss, damage, or delay caused by third-party couriers (including but not limited to DHL)
- Risk in the item passes to the courier at the point of collection or dispatch
- Any claims for loss or damage in transit must be made against the courier directly
Where transit insurance is offered:
- It is the customer’s responsibility to select appropriate cover
- If no insurance is selected, the customer accepts full responsibility for any loss or damage
Repair services are non-refundable once completed, regardless of any loss or damage occurring during return transit.
LayZRepair will provide reasonable assistance with courier claims but is not responsible for the outcome of such claims.
